The former Packer and Panther Mark Wahle will be the starting LG for the Seahawks this year. At 31 years old, he’s no spring chicken, but he will improve an offensive line whose rushing offense has drastically declined since Steve Hutchinson left for Minnesota two years ago. In 2005 (with Hutchinson), the Vikings had the 3rd best rushing offense in the NFL. In 2006, they were 14th, and 20th in 2007. A shake-up with the offensive guards had to happen in Seattle. With a past, and successful history with Holmgren, adding the veteran Wahle to the O-Line increases the fantasy football stock of the Seahawks RBs.
